Overview We are seeking a seasoned B2B marketer to join our team as we build an enterprise-level Sales Marketing center of excellence. The Group Marketing Manager will have a strong track record in setting strategic direction, partnering with sales organizations, and influencing at the executive level. You will be responsible for building a customizable approach to value creation for our managed accounts, exceeding customer engagement and retention goals, while leveraging the latest technology to enable personalization at scale.

Responsibilities

Inform the product roadmap and GTM planning by collecting market and client insights specifically for Bill Pay.

Build connections within the QuickBooks Money portfolio, focusing on Bill Pay.

Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns to generate consideration and demand across multiple channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and events for Bill Pay.

Lead content strategy and creation to enable demand generation for Bill Pay.

Nurture customer relationships by providing valuable content, webinars, and events to build long‑term engagement for Bill Pay.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with overall business goals for Bill Pay.

Lead a team of product marketers, setting vision, building a high‑performance culture, and driving results.

Qualifications

10+ years of business experience in product and/or sales marketing within SaaS/Technology companies, preferably FinTech, with experience in payments or financial operations solutions like bill pay.

Proven experience building DemandGen and LeadGen programs, customer content strategies, and Account Based Marketing for enterprise‑level accounts, ideally for financial or bill pay solutions.

Customer‑obsessed: demonstrates deep curiosity for customer insights and advocates internally and externally on behalf of customers.

Strategic and analytical: adept at qualitative and quantitative research, data synthesis, and presenting clear, concise recommendations to executive audiences.

Tech‑forward: enthusiastic about testing and deploying the latest marketing technology.

Compelling communicator with excellent written and verbal skills and an adaptable voice for external engagement.

People manager with experience leading and cultivating a high‑performance team.

Self‑starter who motivates independently, prioritizes effectively, and manages multiple work streams simultaneously.

Versatile problem solver who drives data‑based decisions and executes with ambition.

Collaborator and influencer with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working cross‑functionally in a fast‑moving environment.

BA/BS required or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred.

New York: $201,000 - $271,500
