Opportunity Snapshot As

Sales Manager – Furniture, Décor & Design , you’ll lead business development and account management efforts across the U.S. restaurant, retail, and hospitality markets. This is a dynamic, relationship-driven role focused on winning new business, growing strategic accounts, and delivering innovative solutions that help clients achieve their brand goals.

You’ll act as the primary connection between EIS and our customers — advising on market opportunities, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and driving programs that fuel growth and long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Build and grow trusted relationships with new and existing clients, delivering solutions that align with their brand strategies and customer objectives.

Lead business development efforts to expand EIS’s presence in the restaurant, retail, and hospitality markets.

Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and EIS internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and project execution.

Drive new program launches and respond to RFPs, crafting strategic proposals that position EIS as a preferred partner.

Analyze market conditions, competitive trends, and customer needs to shape pricing strategies, sourcing approaches, and go-to-market plans.

Guide cross-functional teams by translating customer goals into actionable plans and ensuring successful program implementation.

Resolve escalated client issues quickly and effectively, building long-term trust and satisfaction.

Represent EIS at client meetings, presentations, and industry events to strengthen relationships and enhance brand visibility.

What You Need To Succeed

Bachelor’s degree required; 5–10+ years of progressive experience in key account management, business development, or consultative sales within the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries.

Proven success building and managing strategic client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead conversations with executives, stakeholders, and large groups.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate client goals into actionable plans.

Experience presenting and selling design concepts, interior solutions, and program implementations.

Ability to analyze market trends, interpret business data, and develop insights that shape go-to-market strategies.

Highly collaborative with strong influencing skills — able to guide cross-functional teams and align internal resources with client needs.

Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

Proficiency with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
