Senior Specialist, E-Commerce & Campaign Marketing

to help us accelerate digital growth and connect more customers with Thermomix.

Role Overview You’ll be the owner of our Shopify e-commerce storefront, responsible for ensuring a seamless online shopping experience and driving sales through conversion optimization, UX improvements, and SEO. You will lead digital campaign execution, especially

email marketing —to engage consultants and customers, nurture leads, and drive desired actions.

Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Ownership (Shopify)

Manage and optimize day-to-day operations of the Thermomix USA Shopify store.

Oversee product setup, merchandising, collections, promotions, and integrations.

Implement CRO strategies, including A/B testing, UX/UI enhancements, and checkout flow optimization.

Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey.

Drive SEO and backlink strategies to increase organic traffic.

Campaign Marketing & Email

Own email marketing campaigns deployed through Klaviyo from strategy to execution, including segmentation, automation, and performance optimization.

Partner with other members in marketing to deliver compelling creative and messaging.

Track and report on campaign KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue impact.

Analytics & Insights

Analyze customer behavior across the e‑commerce funnel to uncover friction points and opportunities.

Provide actionable insights to shape product pages, promotions, and campaign strategy.

Build and maintain dashboards for e-commerce and campaign performance, reporting regularly to marketing leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

2–4 years of experience

in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably in consumer products, lifestyle, or appliance industries.

Hands‑on experience managing Shopify storefronts and optimizing digital sales funnels.

Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization

(CRO), UX/UI,

and

SEO

best practices.

Strong proficiency with email marketing platforms ( Klaviyo

or similar), including campaign automation and audience segmentation.

Experience curating and writing engaging digital content; excellent storytelling, communication, and people skills with a customer‑first mindset.

Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools

(Shopify Analytics, Klaviyo Reports , etc.)

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to thrive under pressure while remaining positive; a collaborative team player and natural relationship builder.
