Paid Media Specialist – MSC Cruises MSC Cruises, the world’s third‑largest cruise brand, is hiring a

Paid Media Specialist

to support the development and execution of paid media campaigns. This role will focus on assisting with media planning, buying, and optimization across various platforms to maximize campaign effectiveness, drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and bookings. The Media Specialist will work closely with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure seamless media execution aligned with MSC Cruises’ brand and business objectives.

This position offers a hybrid work model requiring 3 days per week in the Miami office.

Your Impact Agency & Project Management

Plan, execute, and oversee media projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.

Manage centralized media team project tracking and keep all documents on the shared drive.

Creative Management & Trafficking

Own the creative trafficking process across offline and online channels, ensuring timely delivery and proper implementation.

Manage creative specs and collaborate with internal and external teams to secure creative for paid campaigns.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc asset decks to share creative overview with leadership.

Collaborate with agency and internal stakeholders to synthesize creative reporting and optimize strategy.

Media Reporting, Strategy & Management

Support the sales & trade team on all paid activity, including trade media and co‑op.

Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce analytics to manage media‑driven analyses and data requests.

Review offline plans across out‑of‑home, radio, and television to ensure strategic alignment.

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify optimizations to improve performance.

Maintain relationships with media vendors, agencies, and industry partners to stay updated on new opportunities and emerging media channels.

Stay informed on emerging media trends, digital advertising platforms, and industry best practices, recommending innovative approaches to enhance media effectiveness.

Billing

Process invoices from media partners and agencies to ensure accuracy and timely payment.

Support marketing budget tracking and reporting to keep campaigns within allocated budgets.

Your Journey So Far – Skills / Requirements

3+ years of experience in media planning, buying, and optimization, preferably within consumer‑facing industries such as travel, leisure, hospitality, retail, or similar.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; additional marketing certifications or training is a plus.

Detail‑oriented and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience working with media agencies and vendors, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Familiarity with digital advertising formats, audience targeting, and campaign measurement.

Ability to analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.

Knowledge of offline and online paid media strategy, planning, and execution.

Strong understanding of Paid Media & Web Analytics Platforms including Meta, Google Ads, SA360, DV360, DCM, Yahoo DSP, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, Bing, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.

Media planning experience at an ad agency and/or in‑platform hands‑on digital campaign management is preferred.
