Learning Experience Designer II - FEP
Location:
This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. Alternate locations may be considered.

How you will make an impact
Collaborates with business partners on expected business outcomes.
Participates in needs analysis and recommends effective learning solutions.
Collaborates with other content developers, operations management, technology consultants, specialists, and other project team members on design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions.
Uses all approved processes, tools and templates to standardize development and reporting.
Actively maintains all content.
Participates in quality review process.
Adheres to all guidelines and style guides for creating learning content.
Participates in the peer mentorship program.
Participates in and contributes to Learning & Development sub‑teams, communities of practice, and other opportunities to enhance knowledge and skill.
Minimum Requirements Requires BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of training and development experience; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
Ability to apply knowledge of FEP processes for effective creation of new hire content.
Knowledge of instructional design concepts for design of effective learning solutions.
Prior experience using Articulate Rise and/or Articulate Storyline required.
Prior experience designing simulations or other contact center content.
Expertise in editing and proofreading documents.
Alignment with industry standards on design and development timeframes.
Salary For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary range for this specific position is $70,576 to $115,488.
