Job Description As a Performance Marketing Associate, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing global mobile marketing campaigns across key digital channels.
You will work at the intersection of data, creativity, and performance, helping to grow our user base and drive engagement.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, creative problem‑solving skills, and a passion for experimentation and innovation in mobile growth marketing.
You will collaborate cross‑functionally with product, design, and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, helping scale our collector community through data‑driven strategies and campaigns.
Responsibilities
Plan, run, and optimize global mobile marketing campaigns across channels such as Facebook, Google, and ad networks.
Structure, monitor, and manage campaigns to achieve key performance indicators.
Conduct in‑depth performance analysis and partner with design to create new, high‑impact ad concepts.
Drive continuous growth through multivariate and A/B testing across platforms.
Explore innovative marketing approaches and utilize personalization and targeting data.
Contribute to marketing automation and operational improvements to scale performance efforts.
Work closely with product, engineering, and creative teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or mobile growth marketing.
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and execute data‑driven strategies.
Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting campaign performance metrics.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and messaging.
Passion for gaming, digital experiences, and working in highly collaborative environments.
Compensation In NYC, the salary range for this position is $87,500–$106,250, which represents base pay only and does not include short‑term or long‑term incentive compensation.
In Los Angeles, the salary range is $80,500–$97,750.
