Role Overview We’re hiring a Senior Social Media Manager to lead multi-channel strategy, content, and community for key clients. You’ll set the plan, manage day-to-day execution, mentor creators and coordinators, and own performance across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. This role blends creative direction, hands‑on production, paid social know‑how, and clear, insight‑led reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Build quarterly social strategies, content calendars, and growth plans aligned to client objectives and KPIs. Translate brand platforms into clear social pillars and series.
Oversee publishing, scheduling, and community management across IG, TikTok, and Pinterest. Set tone of voice, response frameworks, and escalation paths.
Partner with paid specialists or run tactical campaigns. Set testing plans, structure ad sets, optimise creative, and connect results to business outcomes. Comfortable in Ads Manager, TikTok Ads.
Own monthly reports. Turn data into clear insights, experiments, and next steps. Benchmark vs category and define success metrics.
Spot trends early and convert them into brand‑safe concepts. Pilot new formats and features with a test‑and‑learn roadmap.
Be the day‑to‑day lead. Run status calls, present work and results, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned.
Coach Social Media Executives and freelancers. Improve workflows, templates, and QA to scale quality and speed.
Direct shoots and creative output, ensuring iPhone‑first assets are platform‑native and on brand. Write tight hooks, briefs, and captions. Approve calendars and QA all posts.
Build tight shot lists, coordinate quick‑turn content on set, and manage small production budgets with producers as needed.
Qualifications
4 - 6+ years managing brand social channels, with strong Instagram and TikTok experience. Agency background preferred but not essential.
Proven record of growing accounts through smart strategy, consistent content, and community systems.
Confident in creating and directing social‑first content. Comfortable shooting iPhone video and guiding edits.
Working knowledge of paid social setup, creative testing, and optimisation.
Advanced analytics skills using native insights and other third‑party social dashboards.
Excellent writing, deck‑building, and client presentation skills.
Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure. Able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.
