Job Description We are seeking a motivated and dynamic

SaaS Marketing Specialist

with a strong background in B2B services, finance and technology to join our growing team. As our solutions are SaaS- and cloud- based, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-oriented environment and who is passionate about researching target markets and creating high-impact marketing and sales materials that resonate with clients in the trade finance, compliance and credit sectors.

The Company KS-TF AG, Switzerland based, was created as a consulting company and consists today of professionals with expertise in the trade processing and financing space, covering the disciplines of legal, credit, operations, strategy, structuring and software development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to promote KS-TF AG’s software solutions in the trade finance, compliance and credit assessment space

Prepare presentations, one-pagers, newsletters, proposals and pitches to prospective business partners

Convert technical material into effective and informative marketing and sales material

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development strategies

Support the maintenance of the company’s digital presence (website, newsletters, etc)

Collaborate with internal teams (consultants, analysts, compliance) to align marketing and sales initiatives with product and service delivery

Support client onboarding and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients

Monitor KPIs, track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management

Contribute to branding and communications efforts, ensuring consistent corporate messaging

Support ad-hoc projects and contribute ideas to improve sales effectiveness and market visibility

We expect from a suitable candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or related field

Proven experience in marketing and/or sales, ideally within finance, fintech, or B2B services

Exceptional skills in PowerPoint, including formatting, alignment, and visual storytelling

Proficiency in Canva, Word, Excel, and other relevant tools

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions and marketing material

Strong organizational skills, sense of prioritization, and ability to deliver results under pressure

Team-oriented mindset, enjoys working in an office environment and values in-person collaboration

Creative, proactive, and results-driven personality
