As Google Ads / SEM Manager, you will play a critical role in driving NPHub’s growth by managing and optimizing paid search campaigns. Key Responsibilities
Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms including Google and Bing to drive growth for NP student acquisition and NP candidates. Optimize campaigns daily to meet performance goals such as ROAS and lead acquisition, adjusting bids, audiences, creatives, and strategies as needed. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure engaging, on-brand ad materials are utilized across campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities to improve. Oversee and adjust budgets to ensure the most efficient use of resources across multiple platforms. Stay updated on emerging PPC trends and incorporate best practices into ongoing campaigns. Required Qualifications
8-12 years of experience as a performance marketer, specifically in Google Search. Proven expertise in managing high-budget campaigns (at least $50k/monthly). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from data. Experience driving DTC sales and leads. Excellent ad copywriting skills. Desirable Qualities
Experience in the healthcare or education sector or with driving lead gen is a plus. Benefits and Perks
