Position Overview Autodesk is reimagining how we enable our global sales, customer success, and partner teams to drive customer value. The Senior Manager, Enablement Content Production, will lead a team of digital content creators responsible for creating entertaining, innovative, and impactful training experiences that bring our enablement strategy to life through our new streaming platform.
In this role, you will help shape the vision, set the design standards, and drive the execution of modern enablement that blends creativity, storytelling, and data-driven insights. You will partner closely with stakeholders across Go to Market Enablement, Program Management, and Marketing to ensure our content resonates with global audiences and accelerates business impact.
Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and grow a team of digital content creators, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Provide coaching, guidance, and career development opportunities to ensure team members thrive
Set the design strategy and standards for Autodesk’s enablement experiences, ensuring consistency, scalability, and creativity across all programs
Oversee the design and development of high-impact content (e.g., digital, video, live, immersive, JIT resources) that reinforce knowledge and drive skill adoption while providing “edutainment” to diverse audiences
Champion learner-centric design and storytelling principles, ensuring experiences are engaging and entertaining
Partner with enablement program owners, industry experts, and regional leaders to translate business needs into compelling enablement and productivity solutions
Ensure content aligns with Autodesk’s brand, tone, and GTM priorities
Leverage emerging technologies and modalities (AI simulations, video, social/peer sharing, experiential design) to keep content fresh and impactful
Select new AI-supported video creation tools to support production execution
Develop and execute gamified experiences and audience contests
Define success metrics for content effectiveness, analyze user engagement data, and apply insights to continuously optimize experiences
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital content creation with a focus on storytelling, design, or sales/customer enablement, with at least 3+ years in a people leadership role
Proven track record of leading content and production teams through design transformation
Deep expertise in storytelling methodologies and education-centric design principles, with direct or supervisory experience in video production and editing
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across global, cross‑functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading digital content creation teams in an enterprise setting, content or production studio, or agency
Experience leveraging AI-supported tools for content creation and/or script writing
Familiarity with multimedia design, gamification, or immersive enablement technologies
Demonstrated ability to balance creativity with operational excellence in a fast-paced environment
Data-driven mindset, with experience applying analytics to improve learning effectiveness and adoption
Salary transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $134,900 and $218,240. For Canada‑BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $0 and $0. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed these ranges. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
