Job Title: Communication Specialist 1. Location: Washington, DC.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 6 years' experience in leading communications and organizational change management strategy development and implementation.
At least 3 years' experience in communication development for business / digital transformation or large-scale technology programs.
Demonstrated experience in successfully driving adoption of innovative technologies and delivery methodologies in organizations, in government or highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, etc.).
Highly Valued Qualifications:
Preferred master's degree in business administration, Communications or a related field.
Proven track record in stakeholder management and business process optimization.
Preferred certification in Organizational Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci).
