What You’ll Do The coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and supervision of staff within the Enrollment Communications Center. This position ensures a high‑quality student and family experience by managing the resolution of inquiries received through telephone, online help tickets, departmental email, live chat, and chatbot services related to enrollment functions. The employee shapes the first impression and ongoing engagement of students and families with the College.

By ensuring efficient, accurate, and student‑centered communication, the Coordinator directly contributes to enrollment success, student satisfaction, and institutional effectiveness.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

Coordinates and evaluates daily operations of the Enrollment Communications Center, ensuring consistent and timely responses to student and public inquiries.

Hires and supervises ECC staff, setting performance expectations and coaching employees for continuous improvement.

Implements and updates customer service policies, procedures, and strategies that enhance the student experience.

Manages customer service functions supporting Admissions, Records, Academic Advising, and Student Financial Services.

Monitors service performance against established benchmarks, identifying opportunities for improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Provides training and professional development for Enrollment Communications Center staff to foster a culture of service excellence.

Resolves escalated student issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Who We’re Looking For

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of professional experience in higher education, student/academic affairs, advising, or a closely related area.

A master’s degree may substitute for one (1) year of the required experience.

$45,435.74 - $49,070.60 .
