What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Partner with marketing agile pods to create automated campaigns across various channels, including email and SMS

Design and manage audience segmentation strategies using CRM data and lifecycle attributes

Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization

Manage the marketing automation data backlog and collaborate with marketing technology teams

Serve as a subject matter expert on CRM platform capabilities and automation best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

3+ years of hands‑on experience in CRM marketing, campaign automation, or digital marketing

Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools

Strong understanding of audience segmentation and campaign orchestration

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries

Familiarity with customer data platforms and journey orchestration tools

Experience working in Agile or pod‑based marketing environments

Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance best practices

Exposure to scripting languages for advanced personalization and data manipulation
