The Parking Operations Account Manager is responsible for administration of all day‑to‑day activities related to parking garage and surface lot management. In this role, you will directly oversee one or more operations and are responsible for account performance for financial, government compliance, and customer/client satisfaction objectives. This position is expected to maintain relationships with the present clients to obtain references and leads to new business opportunities. Account Managers are responsible for the accountability, training, and development of all Premium Parking staff, and are expected to inspire associates to continuously improve and develop their knowledge and skills. The Account Manager reports to the Market President.

What Our Parking Operations Account Managers Do

Cultivate and maintain positive, strong relationships with clients, including responding to client requests and concerns and attending meetings with property owner and real estate management organizations

Complete weekly financial reports and monthly projections, communicating with executive leadership

Maintain parking software and billing systems

Maintain familiarity with access and revenue control system hardware and software

Direct projects related to the physical operation of parking garages and surface lots including cleaning, repair, equipment maintenance and security. Maintain a first class operation at all times

Engage in the development of location-level financial and operational goals

Develop and execute marketing and operating strategies and participate in market research and new business development

Manage all parking personnel. Besides direct day-to-day management, responsibilities include recruiting, training, evaluation, and salary administration

Comply with and enforce Premium Parking company policies

Develop and maintain positive tenant relations

Manage all aspects of the tenants’ parking, including rent roll maintenance, contract files, and lease provision compliance

Lead Special Event planning and execution

Promote Premium Parking and participate in market research and new business development

Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form

Proficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel to produce reports and spreadsheets

Integrate analyses of data to discover facts and/or develop knowledge concepts or interpretations

Maintain a calm demeanor in emergency situations

Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness

Minimum Qualifications

Parking management experience (preferred, but not required)

Ability to lead and motivate team members

Must be detail-oriented and extremely well organized.

Valid license with 3+ years driving experience

No MAJOR violations (DUI, reckless driving, negligent homicide) in the past 7 years

No more than two MINOR violations in the past year (accident, speeding)

No suspensions within the last 3 years
