Role Overview As a Field Marketing Representative, you’ll be the face of Briggs in local communities—connecting with homeowners, sharing information about our storm restoration services, and scheduling free home inspections. You’ll work outdoors, participate in team events, and help generate leads that directly drive company growth. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity with clear advancement paths into sales or management roles.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
Canvassing local neighborhoods and engaging homeowners in friendly, professional conversations
Promoting BFHD’s roofing, siding, and storm restoration services
Scheduling free home inspections and collecting homeowner information
Representing the Briggs brand at community events and marketing initiatives
Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly outreach goals
Working closely with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth client handoffs
Qualifications & Requirements Required Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, confident, and goal‑oriented personality
Comfortable with outdoor, in‑person marketing and community interaction
Reliable transportation and a professional attitude
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or field marketing
Strong desire to learn, grow, and earn based on performance
Team‑player mindset with a willingness to take initiative
Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $15–$18 per hour base + performance bonuses.
Expected Earnings: $50K–$70K+ first year (top performers exceed this).
