The Event Marketer will attend pre-scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers. You will be assigned to trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads for our sales team. You are responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals set by the Event Marketing Manager. Key Responsibilities
Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques. Work well without close supervision while keeping the manager informed. Generate and capture show leads for our award‑winning products. Set up and tear down event displays (capable of lifting up to 50 pounds). Job Requirements
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required. Attention to detail and punctuality. Self‑motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line. High level of energy and stamina for extended periods of time at events. Ability to use our proven system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly growing company. Must have a smartphone to use the company time‑keeping application and submit leads. What We Offer
Starting pay: $18 per hour + commission. Paid weekly—every Friday. Compensation increases based on event performance. Paid training and flexible scheduling.
