General Description Design, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies & plans to support business growth objectives, while servicing as business line collaborator.

Responsibilities

Execute specific marketing strategies & plans and media plans to position products and services (existing and new efforts) based on customer analytics. Analyze data and insights to prepare campaign briefs considering competitive landscape, market, customer data and trends.

Delivery results in alignment with business goals, while being effective and efficient identifying opportunities and monitoring efforts to optimize campaigns.

Develop monthly or as per needed reports, dashboards and presentations to monitor and optimize efforts. Assure data integrity and quality.

Ensure the compliance of all operational and regulatory processes.

Proactively connect and involve peers/main stakeholders in the development, engagement and results of initiatives that have an impact on Popular.

Attain effective management of budget and resources.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing

Three (3) years of experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services or banking industry.

Demonstrated experience in the execution of marketing strategies

Strong communication skills oral and written (English and Spanish)

Excellent in preparing executive presentations and business reports

Ability to initiate, execute and deliver overlapping projects with a degree of independence

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure with tight deadlines (excellent time management and prioritization skills)

Ability to identify problems, analyze their causes and resolve them in a timely and successful manner to reduce time and facilitate work processes in your unit (strong project management skills)

Effective budget management skills

Computer proficiency Microsoft Office. Advanced skills in Power Point and Intermediate Excel
