Senior Performance Marketing Specialist
to drive and optimize our paid growth engine across various digital channels, fostering sustainable acquisition and retention. About the Role We seek a data-driven, hands-on performance marketer with extensive expertise in subscription or membership-based businesses. You will manage Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, and Shopping channels, handling campaigns directly while also collaborating with agencies when necessary. This role is intended for an individual contributor. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for developing and scaling acquisition and retention campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other key platforms. Your main objectives will focus on improving CAC, ROAS, and LTV, with an emphasis on profitability and membership growth. Key Responsibilities Paid Acquisition Strategy & Execution
Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Search/Shopping, and YouTube. Manage agency and partner relationships effectively while also owning campaigns directly. Lead creative testing, audience development, bidding strategies, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
CAC & LTV Ownership
Enhance campaigns to reduce CAC while increasing LTV for memberships. Design and refine full-funnel strategies, from lead capture to conversion and retention. Collaborate with lifecycle marketing to enhance member value and improve activation.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Conduct audits and elevate landing pages, onboarding processes, and paid traffic funnels. Work alongside product, CRM, and growth ops to maximize CVR and retention. Implement A/B testing across ads, offers, creative, copy, and user flows.
Analytics, Attribution & Reporting
Oversee performance dashboards and reports focused on CAC, ROAS, LTV, churn, and funnel metrics. Analyze data across platforms to identify growth opportunities. Recommend and implement attribution strategies for informed budget allocation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer teams to align campaign goals. Share performance insights and strategic recommendations with leadership. Coordinate efforts with agencies, freelancers, and team members as needed.
Qualifications Must-Have: 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid social and search. Experience in a small company or startup environment. Background in healthcare or similarly regulated/ad-restricted environments. Demonstrated success managing CAC and LTV in a subscription, membership, or recurring revenue model. Proven hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search/Shopping), Meta Ads, and YouTube. Experience in running and scaling direct response campaigns with measurable ROI. Proficient in Google Analytics, attribution tools, reporting dashboards, and Excel/Sheets. Ability to manage budgets and optimize spending across multiple channels. Strong testing discipline for exploring new platforms, audiences, creative, and bidding strategies. Familiarity with CRM, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization. Highly Desirable: Experience in telehealth, wellness, or women's health sectors. Understanding of Healthcare Provider or B2B2C marketing strategies. Familiarity with Klaviyo, Stripe, Wordpress, or similar platforms. Experience with affiliate, CTV, or offline performance channels. Soft Skills: Highly analytical, KPI-driven, and results-oriented. Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Execution-focused with a bias toward rapid iteration.
