We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated
Content Specialist
to join our dynamic Marketing Team.
About the role: Content Creation and Strategy
· Develop a diverse range of marketing content, including social media posts, blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, emails, and case studies.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with our brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives.
· Maintain a dynamic content calendar to ensure consistent publication of fresh, creative ideas that embody our #MakeHugeFun culture.
· Partner with internal stakeholders and the Sr. Marketing Manager to highlight key aspects of each brand within the overall content plan.
· Research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitors to guide content development.
· Promote content through various channels such as social media, newsletters, and strategic partnerships.
Social Media Management
· Create and curate content for various social media platforms, including capturing content (photos/video), editing content, writing captions, selecting hashtags, and producing visual assets.
· Maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
· Engage with our social media audience through daily interactions, responding to inquiries, providing leads to the sales team and fostering community engagement.
· Under the direction of the Sr. Marketing Manager, monitor and track brand reputation across social media channels, flagging any issues or concerns and collaborating with senior or executive leadership on appropriate responses.
HR and Recruitment Support
· Support recruitment marketing initiatives through social content and HR led campaigns
Collaboration and Analysis
· Collaborate closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager to align content with overall marketing goals.
· Utilize analytics tools to monitor content performance, gather insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategies.
· Stay informed about industry trends and changes in audience behavior, adapting content strategies accordingly.

What we need from you The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys creative problem‑solving, and brings both administrative precision and hands‑on event support to every project.
The ideal candidate will have
· 1-2 years as a content creator or writer in a marketing or related role
· Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and channels
· Proficiency in creating various types of content, including written, visual, and multimedia
· Proficiency with creative and publishing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, FlippingBook, and WordPress (or similar CMS platforms)
· Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization.
· Proficiency in photography and videography principles with a strong creative eye
· Analytical skills for tracking and improving campaign performance
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
· Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
· Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality content
· Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
· Portfolio showcasing a variety of content pieces (writing samples, visual content, etc.)
