Job Title Marketing Manager – Global Luxury Brand

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

Develop and manage marketing operating budgets.

Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities across print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.

Lead the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels to drive awareness.

Ensure effective control of marketing results and take corrective action to guarantee achievement of objectives.

Oversee and evaluate market research, adjusting marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

Monitor competitor marketing activities.

Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

Prepare marketing activity reports and present to executive management.

Maintain a consistent corporate image across all product lines, promotional materials, and events.

Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.

Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas for client base expansion.

Review and analyze sales performance against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness.

Responsible for editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of brand publications.

Profile The Marketing Manager will design and implement strategic initiatives that elevate the brand’s luxury image in global markets, targeting both existing and new markets for Glashütte Original.

Professional Requirements

BA or BS in Marketing (or related field).

10+ years of corporate marketing experience with a global luxury brand.

Strong relationships with advertising press and knowledge of all media types.

Exceptional written, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience working closely with senior level executives.

Experience interacting with international headquarters.

Proven track record of writing press releases, creating presentations, and negotiating with media.

Experience overseeing design and production of print materials and publications.

Commitment to shared leadership and cross‑functional teamwork.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel.

Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000.
