We are hiring experienced consultants to support our Business AI Marketing team. These roles sit at the intersection of project management, marketing operations, and strategic business support, providing embedded partnership to high-performing global teams. Consultants will work closely with team leads to ensure effective planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a day-to-day project manager and operational partner to marketing leads, driving execution across campaigns, content strategy, events, and enablement initiatives.
Manage workback schedules, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and status updates to keep initiatives on track and aligned with broader marketing goals.
Bring structure to ambiguity by turning strategic goals into clear action plans and deliverables.
Support internal rhythms such as operational reporting, budget tracking, business reviews, team cadences, and planning cycles.
Ensure teams have visibility into key interdependencies and deliverables across marketing, product, and external agency partners.
Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and performance tracking to support scalable operations.
Ideal Candidate's Profile
5–10 years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or business management roles within technology or B2B SaaS organizations.
Strong understanding of marketing workflows, including campaign execution, content development, and stakeholder management.
Experience navigating matrixed environments, cross-functional teams, and enterprise-level planning cadences.
Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to translate complexity into clarity.
Self‑directed, highly organized, and proactive in driving results with limited oversight.
Comfortable using common project management and marketing tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.).
Work Model and Location
100% remote.
Two roles are full‑time (40 hours per week), aligned to PST or EST time zones.
One role is part‑time (30 hours per week) and must have significant overlap with Central European Time (CET) to support global collaboration.
