We are excited to invite applications for the role of Junior Marketing Data Analyst on our Enterprise Analytics team. In this role, you’ll harness your analytical skills and curiosity to explore targeted offers, optimal value propositions, experiment design, and data-driven insights aimed at enhancing both short- and long-term profitability for our brand. You will manage projects from inception to completion and communicate valuable insights to stakeholders across various levels, from peers to executives. Key Responsibilities

Conduct analyses that leverage data, insights, and metrics to guide brand managers and marketing teams in identifying successes and areas for improvement. Assist in evaluating channel strategies and campaign ROI for both online (email, SEO, SEM, social media, affiliates, and display) and offline (TV, radio, print) channels. Contribute to enhancing customer lifetime value (LTV), multi-touch attribution (MTA), and customer segmentation frameworks and algorithms, aiding in the development of a comprehensive customer profile. Coordinate efforts across Ecommerce, Analytics, Merchandising, Marketing, and Engineering Teams. Brainstorm innovative technologies and data applications that can enhance marketing team performance. Support stakeholders in making data-driven segmentation and performance decisions. Deliver strategic and tactical recommendations clearly and consultatively, aligning with business objectives. Present analysis findings to team members in an easily interpretable manner suitable for broad sharing. Identify key metrics and create sophisticated reports; improve data sources and automate processes to maximize time spent on value-added initiatives. Expand analytical capabilities, focusing on predictive analytics and machine learning to refine customer understanding. Utilize reporting dashboards for ongoing performance monitoring and effective communication around initiatives (Tableau, Excel/PPT). Proactively track KPIs and make informed recommendations to enhance performance results and ROI. Collaborate with Data Engineering to drive improvements in data quality, definitions, governance, tools, and methods. Evaluate and identify opportunities to enhance data assets and capabilities through third-party resources and tools. Communicate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical partners. Share insights across analytics teams to align on methodologies and learnings. Skills, Abilities, Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics, Economics, Finance, Market Analysis, or related fields; or relevant experience. 0-2 years' experience in eCommerce, Marketing, Consumer or Digital Analytics, ideally within eCommerce or retail settings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data to influence strategic decisions. A customer-centric approach with demonstrated ability to translate insights into impactful customer experiences. Skilled in designing measurement strategies that align with business objectives. Effective presentation abilities to diverse audiences, driving impactful decisions. Strong collaboration and communication skills; serving as a vital connection between business, analytics, and engineering teams. Able to manage multiple projects concurrently with an agile mindset, prioritizing what benefits the business and customers the most. Familiarity with Google Analytics as well as commercial and transactional data. Experience with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI for creating insightful dashboards. Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of R or Python is a plus. Project management experience, comfortable with both Scrum and Kanban methodologies and other traditional PM practices. Detail-oriented focus on data accuracy and quality assurance. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and related technologies is a plus; familiarity with our marketing technology stack (LiveRamp, CheetahMail, GA360, etc.) is beneficial. Knowledgeable in the digital marketing ecosystem, including paid media, social media, eCommerce, SEO, and analytics. Understanding of campaign success measurement across various digital channels, with experience in identifying SEO/SEM cannibalization and email optimization preferred. Exposure to A/B testing processes and tools. Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

Capability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Able to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach daily. Occasional lifting and moving of up to 25 pounds. Proficient in visual acuity, speech, hearing, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity for office equipment. Willingness to work hours that may exceed 40 per week.
