Job Description The Content Writer / Video Creator will be responsible for processing documentation, eLearning videos, and other content development initiatives maintained by the Training team. They will primarily support initiatives led by the Manager of Training, while collaborating with the Product team to ensure quality assurance of user guides and/or articles. The role also includes responsibility for the creation of eLearning videos and involves experience in video creation, editing, and a desire to create engaging, educational materials for clients.
