Job Description
The Content Writer / Video Creator will be responsible for processing documentation, eLearning videos, and other content development initiatives maintained by the Training team. They will primarily support initiatives led by the Manager of Training, while collaborating with the Product team to ensure quality assurance of user guides and/or articles. The role also includes responsibility for the creation of eLearning videos and involves experience in video creation, editing, and a desire to create engaging, educational materials for clients.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
Create and update product articles on a timely basis
Create, edit and manage eLearning video courses
Maintain accurate records for courses
Craft compelling headlines and body copy to capture the target audience
Measure impact and perform analysis to improve KPIs
Build and manage an editorial calendar; coordinate with Lead Trainer to ensure standards
Adhere to the company style guides, branding, and publication policies
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
2+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or real estate/property management
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
Experience in writing training and process documents; technical writing a plus
Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with colleagues and leadership
Ability to analyze, organize and integrate large amounts of information into clear, concise presentations
Excellent analytic skills with experience in Salesforce, Snagit, Camtasia, Articulate and Vimeo
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or another relevant field preferred
