Overview Allied Resources is seeking the expertise of a Drafting Manager to join our team. In this role you’ll be responsible for leading the in-house drafting team, requiring deep experience in AutoCAD and Revit along with a strong understanding of constructability, detailing standards, and prefabrication workflows. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of drafters producing shop tickets, erection drawings, and coordination sets. Oversee drafting schedules, allocate workloads, and coordinate with external drafting resources. Review and approve all drawing outputs to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance. Provide team training in AutoCAD and Revit and maintain drafting standards and workflows. Qualifications 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience in a drafting or detailing role. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam. Prior work in architectural precast concrete or similar structural systems.
