The Collector Car Network is hiring: Marketing Specialist in Scottsdale

Job Title: Marketing Specialist Department: Marketing Reports to: Marketing Manager Work Location: Scottsdale, AZ (on-site) The Collector Car Network is a fun, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. We are looking for an amazing, hard-working Marketing Specialist to join our team. The right candidate will have great communication skills, be highly creative, detail-oriented, motivated, ambitious, energetic, and committed to growing the Collector Car Network and its brands. You must be a confident communicator, understand social media, and be a team player ready to implement marketing programs across multiple channels. While primarily a marketing role, this position also requires editorial skills to support our industry-leading blog. The Marketing Specialist will primarily help with email communication, paid media, market research, materials development, and other ad‑hoc marketing activities as needed. Key Areas of Responsibility Coordinate the delivery of daily content via mass email platforms. Execute paid social media boost strategy. Optimize social media posts for maximum organic reach and engagement. Engage with social following across all platforms. Assist with measuring and analyzing campaign results. Assist in the execution of the company's presence at auctions, car shows, and grassroots events. Provide general support and oversight to the marketing department’s various activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field (agency or in-house). Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and Microsoft Office. Experience using social media management and scheduling platforms to plan and publish content. Demonstrated success in social media community growth and engagement. Skilled in Canva or similar design tools, with a strong eye for graphic design and brand consistency. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Results‑driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and interpret marketing performance data. Adaptable and flexible in response to shifting priorities and market conditions. Knowledge of and passion for classic cars is a plus.
