Benefits Paid Sick Time Flexible Hours Fun Job Bonus based on performance Training & development Overview Part-Time Music and Movement Director Stretch-n-Grow is a nationwide children's fitness program focused on developing healthy habits through fun and engaging classes. We are launching a new "Music Stars" program, which expands our offerings to include music and movement classes for preschoolers. We are seeking motivated instructors to lead and grow this new program. Responsibilities Teach 30-minute, fun, and interactive music and movement classes to children aged 2-6. Develop and update engaging music lesson plans for the classes. Collaborate with the owner to market the program to schools and families, with potential for commission-based earnings. Recruit and train new instructors as the program grows. Locations Classes are held in various preschools and childcare centers in Bergen and Passaic Counties, with primary locations in Paramus, Mahwah, Ramsey, Wayne, and Fair Lawn. Requirements Willingness, and ability to commute, to different locations as needed even for short shifts as short as 90 minutes. Previous music experience is a must! Willingness to work part time to start with room to grow. Must have own car and reliable transportation. Prior experience working with children is preferred, but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
