Responsibilities
Plan, design, and execute various user research studies to inform product development
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to uncover actionable insights and communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into the development process
Build and maintain a repository of insights and research data to ensure knowledge sharing
Establish and refine research processes, tools, and compliance with ethical standards
Qualifications
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting UX research in a professional setting
Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative approaches
Experience managing research operations, tools, and participant recruitment processes
Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the aerospace, defense, or technology industries
Proficiency in research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, or similar platforms
Familiarity with agile development processes and working in cross-functional teams
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
Previous experience mentoring junior researchers or leading research teams
