Channel Sales Executive - Video Security & Access Control (Montana)
Location: Billings, Missoula, or Bozeman, MT.
Base salary range: $80,000 – $180,000 per year.

Job Description
Develop new business with end customers fulfilled via our partner channel.
Meet or exceed assigned revenue and project quotas focused on Avigilon products and services.
Promote and market Avigilon’s products and services within the assigned territory and named accounts.
Support sales activities by creating, nurturing, and responding to opportunities for Avigilon’s products and services.
Create and manage a healthy sales funnel.
Conduct sales calls, schedule local promotional work, and track sales activities.
Focus on new account development.
Work with vertical marketing teams to identify end‑user engagement opportunities through associations, conferences, and tradeshows.
Lead video and analytics solution development efforts that address end‑user needs, coordinating all necessary company and partner personnel.
Prospect daily using all available tools.
Attain “Trusted Advisor” status with customers and channel partners to enable increased system and business development.
Prepare sales forecasts as required.
Maintain CRM data for new and existing account development.
Qualifications
3+ years of video security solutions sales experience.
3+ years of customer‑interfacing experience.
Experience with physical security solutions (plus).
Experience working with channel strategies and initiatives.
Strong technical acumen and ability to speak toward our products and solutions.
Accurate revenue forecasting on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Proven record of delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationships.
Strong understanding of our go‑to‑market strategy and sales philosophy.
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Time‑management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
Functional knowledge of Microsoft and Google Apps, especially Excel/Sheets.
Exceptional presentation skills.
Strong computer skills with ability to learn and demonstrate new software at a high level.
Ability to travel weekly within territory (~50% of time).
Having an established client base in the assigned territory is a plus.
Location & Travel Requirements
Must reside in Montana and be located in Billings, Missoula, or Bozeman.
Travel up to 50% of the time within the territory; no air travel anticipated.
Base Salary and Incentives
Target base salary range: $80,000 – $90,000 USD. On‑target earnings range: $160,000 – $180,000 USD.
