The Opportunity

CACI is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to lead high-impact work within the Corporate Communications organization, operating as a modern in?house agency partner to the business. This role collaborates closely with Marketing, Strategic Communications, Creative, and Events to deliver integrated programs that elevate the brand, support growth priorities, and strengthen enterprise reputation. The successful candidate will be a part of the Corporate Communications leadership team and report directly to the Executive Vice President, Corporate Communications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow across Corporate Communications.
  • Own the Corporate Communications operating modelintake, scoping, resourcing, timelines, and delivery management.
  • Establish capacity planning, dashboards, and SLAs to optimize throughput and quality.
  • Stand up repeatable processes and playbooks for cross-functional work.
  • Implement and administer workflow tools; drive adoption and training.
  • Lead risk management, compliance, and post-mortems for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in operations and traffic roles of increasing responsibility.
  • Progressive leadership experience with at least three (3) years managing people.
  • Expert project management skills.
  • Experience with enterprise workflow tools (i.e., Asana, Monday, Wrike)
  • Proficiency with modern analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to set strategy and tactical action plans while adapting as needed.

Desired:

  • Certification in project management or agile (i.e., PMP).
  • Demonstrated success leading transformation and change management.

Pay Range

The proposed salary range for this position is: $85,900-$189,100.

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.
