The Senior Marketing Agency Manager is responsible for leading external agencies to create and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes for the firm, prospects, clients, and branches. This role requires strong business acumen to connect home office and branch marketing programs with business segment, Market Management, and Practice Management objectives.

The Senior Agency Marketing Manager ensures alignment between agency deliverables and organizational goals, driving impactful marketing initiatives, across channels, that support growth and enhance the client and branch experience.

This role is on the Field Marketing team and will be focused on developing marketing strategies, guidance, training, and insights that will be delivered against FA and practice segments to enable incremental practice growth.

What you'll do...

  • Accountable for developing local branch marketing strategies and delivering real time insights/actions to prioritized practice segments, based on unique needs and opportunities and data analysis.
  • Partner with others on the development and delivery of Marketing Bootcamps (curated trainings) and the development and delivery of Distributed Marketing (email) campaigns and niche marketing plans (Marketing Blueprints) to support practice segment goals.
  • Accountable for millions of dollars of firm budget, partner with external agencies to innovate, develop, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns in support of FA/practice segments.
  • Consistently ensure marketing programs are aligned to Field Management objectives. Create program roadmaps with measurable checkpoints and constantly validate agency deliverables with internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive engagement and deliver results measured in prospect outcomes, client outcomes, and branch capacity and effectiveness.
  • Partner with analytics teams to measure the effectiveness of executed marketing strategies and campaigns via practice segments.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on Marketing and Branch objectives.
  • Leverage external agency outside in perspective to consistently ensure we're innovating and delivering best in class Marketing for the firm
  • Partner closely with brand, digital, product, compliance, analytics, and agency teams to ensure alignment between creative, regulatory, and performance priorities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance FA and practice segmentation experiences and incremental growth.

Skills/Requirements

What you'll need...

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years leading and holding external agencies accountable for Marketing results-preferably within regulated financial services, banking, insurance, or WM
  • Proven ability to successfully manage large budgets and deliver measurable business results
  • Strong familiarity with Marketing agency ways of working, and proven ability to hold the agency accountable for providing the 'A' team on our account
  • Familiarity with media planning tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Experience leveraging audience segmentation to deliver personalized omnichannel journeys
  • Strong knowledge of attribution, and performance measurement best practices
