Job Description

Were looking for a Marketing Specialist to support event execution, creative production, and HubSpot campaign operations across the AlignOps portfolioToolWatch, BusyBusy, SafetyReports, and FleetWatcher. Reporting to the Content Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in executing events, producing visually compelling content, and ensuring campaign excellence through HubSpot.

Youll thrive in this role if youre a hands-on marketer who enjoys switching between events, design projects, and marketing automation taskshelping our team move fast, stay organized, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate deliverables for trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry eventsincluding pre-show marketing, vendor and partner coordination, and on-site support.
  • Support cross-functional event campaigns by building promotional emails, landing pages, and post-event workflows in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with team members on marketing assets such as event signage, one-pagers, social graphics, ads, and presentations that align with the AlignOps brand.
  • Manage requests and maintain an organized library of deliverables for the marketing and sales teams.
  • Assist in tracking key event and campaign metrics, including leads, engagement, and pipeline influence.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.

Qualifications
  • 24 years of marketing experience (B2B SaaS or construction tech preferred).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub required.
  • Excellent organization and project management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

This is a full-time remote position located in the United States. Employees hired within a designated radius of the office are expected to work on-site according to a schedule set by management based on the requirements of their role.

Benefits & Compensation
  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000-$75,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
  • The AlignOps benefit program includes health, dental, and vision coverage. In addition, the company offers disability, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
