Sr. Tech Talent Finder and Account Manager

Were looking for a strategic, hands?on Integrated Media Supervisor who thrives at the intersection of big?picture thinking and flawless execution.

In this role, youll lead planning, buying, and optimization across both traditional and digital channels, while helping shape our clients overall media vision.

Youll oversee campaigns spanning broadcast, OOH, print, streaming, programmatic, social, and search, ensuring every media dollar works harder and ladders up to client business goals.

Youre equally comfortable crafting smart strategies, presenting ideas with confidence, executing buys, proving measurable impact, and being client?facing.

Collaboration is keyyoull work closely with creative, account, and media teams while supporting a Media Buyer/Planner to deliver high?quality, integrated campaigns.

What Youll Do

  • Develop integrated media strategies and plans that seamlessly blend traditional and digital channels.
  • Negotiate with vendors and manage media buys across OOH, radio, broadcast, and digital platforms.
  • Oversee campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and reporting, in partnership with a 3rd party.
  • Translate research and data (Scarborough, GWI, Google, Meta, etc.) into clear, actionable insights.
  • Craft client?ready rationale decks and media POVs that tie media activity directly to business outcomes.
  • Partner with creative and account teams to ensure alignment from concept through launch.
  • Support and keep on?task the Media Buyer/Planner, fostering growth and strong execution.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor and platform relationships to keep the agency ahead of emerging trends.
  • Confidently present media plans and performance recaps to clients when needed.

What Youll Bring
  • 3+ years of media planning and buying experience (agency experience required).
  • Strong understanding of both traditional (OOH, radio, TV, print) and digital (paid social, search, programmatic) channels.
  • A knack for turning data into storiesyou understand CPMs, CPAs, and ROAS and can explain them clearly.
  • Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Comfort with analytics and reporting tools.
  • A proactive, collaborative, solution?oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be local to the Greater-Phoenix area, able to work in?office a few days a week and be a US citizen to be considered.
