Job Overview:

Were looking for an Influencer & Social Media Content Creator who doesnt just manage campaigns they make them happen. Youll be the creative engine behind our social presence, creating scroll?stopping videos, collaborating with influencers, and shaping how the world experiences Predictive Sales AI across every digital platform.

Youll concept, shoot, edit, and post all while tracking what resonates and scaling what works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, film, and edit engaging short?form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.) that tell our story in fun, human, and authentic ways.
• Partner with creators and thought leaders to co?create content that expands our reach and credibility.
• Post daily across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTokbuilding communities and conversations.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools to craft graphics, thumbnails, and animations that elevate every post.
• Jump on viral sounds, formats, and moments before everyone else with a strategic twist that fits our brand.
• Test new creative approaches, paid boosts, and storytelling techniques to increase engagement and conversions.
• Measure whats working and evolve our strategy based on analytics, insights, and audience feedback.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience creating social media content (video portfolio required).
• Expertise in video production, editing, and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skillsknows how to hook an audience in the first three seconds.
• Experience running influencer collaborations or UGC campaigns.
• Understanding of SEO, social analytics, and paid social best practices.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or related field (or equivalent experience).
