As the Marketing Specialist, you are the engine of our revenue pipeline. You will be responsible for defining and managing the entire lead generation and nurturing process, turning initial interest in complex technology into qualified, sales‑ready opportunities. You will directly impact our sales targets and company growth trajectory.

The Marketing Specialist reports directly to the Marketing Manager or Director of Demand Generation.

Responsibilities
- Own the Funnel: Design, deploy, and manage multi‑channel B2B lead generation campaigns (Paid Social, Paid Search, Content Syndication, Webinars) targeting key decision‑makers in IT Operations and Engineering.
- Build Nurture Journeys: Strategize, write, and implement automated nurture sequences via Marketing Automation platforms to move prospects efficiently from initial engagement to an MQL state.
- Lead Qualification: Collaborate with Sales to refine and implement lead scoring models and firm MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) definitions to ensure the highest quality leads are passed to the Sales Development Team.
- Content Conversion: Partner with the Content team to identify and promote high‑value lead magnets (e.g., technical guides, ROI calculators, assessment tools) necessary for prospect education and conversion.
- Analyze and Optimize: Use CRM and analytics tools to meticulously track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, cost‑per‑lead (CPL), and conversion rates at every stage, proposing and executing data‑backed optimizations.
- Tool Management: Maintain and utilize the core marketing technology stack, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration between Marketing Automation and CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a dedicated focus on lead generation and lead nurturing, preferably within the SaaS or enterprise technology industry.
- Proven hands‑on experience designing and executing campaigns across major digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads).
- Proficiency with a major Marketing Automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and a CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate funnel metrics into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, suitable for a global B2B audience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with concepts of Observability, AIOps, Cloud Migration, or application performance management (APM).
- Experience marketing services/solutions related to Dynatrace or other major observability platforms.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related technical field.
