Overview Right now, we’re looking for a quick-thinking, media-savvy, multicultural media planning expert who’ll support the team as Media Planner in bringing that transformation to life. Sound like you? You’ll be a go‑to person for media planning expertise, facing daily challenges and consistently owning key responsibilities.
Responsibilities Work closely with the media supervisor to develop strategic channel/media approaches that routinely impress and excite clients.
Collaborate with multicultural client leads to ensure media plans reach the right consumers.
Expertly develop and evaluate RFPs, make smart vehicle list recommendations, and effectively utilize media research tools and resources to aid in buy recommendations and campaign development.
Develop close relationships with vendors and manage cross‑departmental issues/questions regarding campaign execution.
Analyze campaign results to highlight key learnings and translate those learnings into concise, actionable recommendations to improve our work.
Qualifications Four‑year college education and 2–4 years of experience working as a media assistant or planner, preferably in a multichannel capacity at a creative agency.
Strong familiarity with the digital & TV (linear and CTV) environment and a solid understanding of the media planning and buying process.
Understand media consumption nuances between multicultural audiences and the general market.
Ability to translate client objectives into exceptional media strategies and communicate them clearly.
Solid understanding of general advertising and direct marketing performance metrics, and a firm grasp of media research tools and their effective use.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.

Compensation Base pay range: $59,850–$90,620 annually. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, and may be modified at any time.
