Creative Project Manager – $35/hr – Boise, ID (Day Shift | Mon–Fri | 8 Hours)

The Creative Project Manager leads and delivers creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards while keeping clients and teams aligned.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, organize, and oversee creative projects from kickoff to delivery
• Develop project plans, schedules, and creative briefs
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to define objectives and deliverables
• Track progress, review assets, and ensure deadlines are met
• Produce project reports (traffic logs, timelines, time sheets) for management
• Anticipate challenges and adjust project timelines as needed
• Keep all stakeholders informed and aligned on key milestones

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience in a creative production or agency setting
• Strong understanding of creative workflows and production processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Trello)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Project Management Certification

• Shift: Day shift | Monday–Friday | 8 hours
