$62.00/hr - $72.00/hr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI Content Strategist in Brooklyn, NY. Summary: We're looking for a Senior AI Content Strategist to lead the development of AI-powered tools and features that enhance user experiences. This full-time contract role reports to the Senior UX Content Manager and blends UX writing, AI prompt design, and strategic content leadership.

• AI Content Strategist will build and optimize AI writing assistants for clear, brand-aligned content
• Lead end-to-end content strategy across projects, including prompt design and performance analysis
• Create rubrics for quality, test AI outputs, and refine system prompts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape requirements and define success metrics
• Develop content guidelines and scalable copy systems that elevate brand voice
• Use data to improve content effectiveness and drive business outcomes

Requirements

• 8+ years in UX content or related fields
• Experience with AI/LLM tools and prompt optimization
• Experience building AI-powered writing assistants
• Familiarity with design thinking and prompt engineering
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Proficiency in Figma and content systems
• Portfolio showcasing clear, human-centered writing

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.

Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
