The Multimedia Coordinator will contribute to existing marketing programs and assist with developing new initiatives aligned with company and department goals. The ideal candidate has experience across design functions such as advertising, branding, digital marketing, social media, and business development. This candidate has advanced knowledge in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects. This role requires an organized multitasker with a positive, optimistic attitude who can handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. This position is an in-office position.
Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of the company’s brand strategy.
Identifying and executing process improvements, content strategies, and lead generation initiatives for Intake and Customer Service.
Create eye-catching and effective design solutions across various platforms (social media, print, web, email marketing, etc).
Design and update digital assets, including newsletters, banners, posters, and product packaging.
Assist in the creation of internal and external brand assets, ensuring consistency across all visual communication.
Manage and organize design files, ensuring quick access and version control.
Partner with Marketing, Intake, and Business Development teams to deliver design support for campaigns, events, and promotions.
Work with leadership and external vendors (printers, agencies, photographers) to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Provide creative input on campaigns and initiatives that align with company values.
Plan and design layouts for a variety of work while collaborating with the marketing team to understand project goals and bring concepts to life in both digital and print formats.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape; prepare reports by summarizing data.
Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness and engage with the audience through multiple platforms.
Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by coordinating logistics, establishing contacts, and managing CRM systems.
Planning, organizing, and overseeing video productions.
Consistently use our work operating system to keep track of all projects, social media scheduling, and internal team communication.
Create clear, compelling, and engaging copy for social media, marketing, and advertising purposes.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, advertising, communications, or equivalent job experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Experience with research using data analytics software.
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Compensation $45,760 - $58,240 yearly
