FUN TIME EARLY CHILDHOOD ACADEMY INC is hiring: Grant Writer in Naples

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Grant Writer volunteer to support our mission by identifying funding opportunities and preparing compelling proposals to helpsustain and expand out programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research grant opportunities from private, corporate, and public sources that align with our mission and programs
• Write and submit clear, persuasive, and well-organized grant proposals and Letters of Intent.
• Collaborate with program staff and leadership to gather information needed for proposals and reports.
• Track applicaion deadlines, submission dates, and reporting requirements using a grants calendar.
• Maintain organized records of grant submissions, funder communications, and proposal templates.
• Prepare and submit interim and final grant reports in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with funder requirements.
• Bulid and maintain relations with new and existing funders, supporting occasional cultivation and stewardship activites.
• Assist in evaluating funding strategies and outcomes to improve future submissions.
• Support grant budgeting and project planning in coordination with finance and program teams.
