Our Clinical Digital team is looking for their first in-house UI/UX Designer. Youll lead the way in creating intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences across our digital ecosystem.
Youll help define how design drives innovation in healthcare technologyhands?on, collaborative, and impactful.
Challenges we trust you with
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high?fidelity designs using Figma.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to align design and technology.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Maintain and evolve our design system and style guides.
- Champion user?centered design principles and promote design awareness within the organization.
What we value
You have:
- A master degree in science or engineering, or equivalent experience
- A first experience in an R&D (Research and Development) team within a strongly regulated tech industry (e.g., medical devices, pharma, nuclear, airspace), during which you delivered results in time and quality
- One or more life experiences where you had to showcase leadership skills and helped a team organize itself
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
