We're looking for a Paid Social Strategist to support the execution, reporting, and optimization of paid social campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on paid media experience and be eager to deepen their performance marketing expertise. Reports To : Director, Paid Media Location : New York City, HQ Start Date : Immediately Roles & Responsibilities Assist with building, launching, and monitoring paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and other platforms Own day-to-day media buying and performance tracking Analyze performance and provide input on budget pacing and optimization recommendations Help develop full-funnel campaign flows Audience & Creative Collaboration Build and manage audiences using platform tools Partner with creative and brand teams to brief, test, and iterate on ad creative and messaging Maintain a creative testing log and contribute to developing new hypotheses for testing hooks, formats, and messaging Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in paid social media execution Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, with working knowledge of TikTok Ads and other platforms Strong creative instincts with experience partnering with content teams to optimize assets Analytical mindset—comfortable digging into data, running A/B tests, and iterating on performance Exceptional communication and collaboration skills The minimum annual salary for this position is $85,000 and the maximum is $110,000. You will also be eligible to participate in our company’s equity program, plus our robust medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
