Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an E-Commerce Specialist located in Cleveland, OH, with some work-from-home capabilities. The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for building out an e-commerce site, developing online sales channels, analyzing market trends, enhancing customer experience, and implementing strategies to improve sales performance. The role also includes regular communication with vendors, resolving customer inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to align sales objectives with business goals.
