1. Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovativeE-Commerce Specialistto drive the growth of our online sales channels across Shopify, Amazon, Target Plus, and Walmart Marketplace. This pivotal role manages the end-to-end online business operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maximizing sales performance.

You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, content optimization, digital advertising, and email marketingto elevate our e-commerce presence and achieve business objectives.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Online Store Operations & UX Management

  • Operations:Ensure smooth functioning and user-friendly experience of the Shopify store and other online channels across devices.
  • Quality Control (QC):Conduct regular QC checks on landing pages, product details, and promotional assets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Merchandising:Apply visual merchandising principles to optimize conversion and continuously improve online store layout and presentation.

B. Marketplace Management

  • Amazon Launch & Optimization:Lead the setup and management of the brand’s presence on Amazon.
  • Listing Management:Oversee daily listing operations — product creation, SEO optimization, A+ content, and inventory tracking.
  • PPC & Promotions:Plan, execute, and monitorAmazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click)advertising campaigns and promotional activities to maximize visibility and ROI.
  • Target Plus & Walmart Marketplace:Manage and optimize listings and promotional activities onTarget PlusandWalmart Marketplace, leveraging marketplace analytics to identify sales opportunities and improve performance.

C. Growth Strategy & Marketing Execution

  • Email Marketing & Newsletters:
  • Coordinate with externalemail marketing agencieson newsletter planning, content development, and scheduling.
  • Manage the end-to-end approval process — from concept and copy review to final deployment — ensuring alignment with brand and marketing calendars.
  • Strategy Execution:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns includingemail, SMS, loyalty programs, and promotional updatesto drive traffic and conversion.
  • Data Analysis:Track and analyze e-commerce KPIs, ad performance, and customer engagement data to refine ongoing strategies.
  • Market Research:Conduct research to identify market trends and competitor strategies to propose actionable improvements.
  • Strategic Collaboration:Partner with the E-Commerce Analyst and marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies enhancing overall sales growth.

D. Project Management & Collaboration Leadership

  • Project Management:Manage the workflow of all incoming e-commerce initiatives (from HQ or U.S. teams) and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
  • Agency Partnership:
  • Serve as theprimary liaison with digital and creative agenciesfor campaigns, newsletters, and site optimization.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely withMarketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Operationsto ensure cohesive and aligned execution across all online platforms.

E. Administrative & Support Tasks

  • Operational Support:Coordinate operational aspects such as SAP product synchronization, contract and vendor management, and payment tracking for all e-commerce activities.
  • Reporting:Maintain dashboards and weekly performance reports for online channels, summarizing key insights and action plans.

3. Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experiencein e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or online marketplace management.
  • Fluency in speaking and writing Korean is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience managingShopify,Amazon Seller Central, and at least one ofTarget Plus or Walmart Marketplace.
  • Proven ability to plan and manageAmazon PPC campaignsand interpret ad performance analytics.
  • Familiarity withemail marketing tools(e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and experience coordinating agency-driven newsletter operations.
  • Strongproject management and communication skillsto handle multi-stakeholder collaboration effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from sales and marketing data to drive optimization and growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
