Outside Sales Executive (Audio Visual / VTC)

As our company reaches out to our growing network with our offerings and expanding services, we are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Outside Sales Executive (Audio Visual / VTC).

Position Overview

The Outside Sales Executive is a hunter role responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, developing solutions, preparing quotes, and closing business. This role requires leveraging your existing network in the DC/Maryland/Virginia Area to open doors quickly and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities for AV and VTC services.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, building strong, long‑term customer relationships.
  • Conduct client meetings and needs assessments to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to design tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, quotes, and presentations to secure new business.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close.
  • Negotiate terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide timely sales forecasts to management.
  • Represent E‑Logic at industry networking events and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of proven outside sales or account management experience in AV, VTC, IT integration, or related technology solutions.
  • Strong existing network of contacts in the DMV commercial market.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals efficiently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: commensurate with experience

Commission: Uncapped, tied to sales results
