About the Role

Content Creator – Cascade Maverik Lacrosse, LLC. This role elevates the social presence for Cascade Maverik Lacrosse (and Bauer Hockey) through original, shareable video and imagery that engages our target audiences, builds brand awareness, and converts and retains followers. You will collaborate with marketing, ecommerce and event teams to deliver high‑performing digital content across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality videos and imagery for social media platforms to support brand initiatives, product launches, and industry moments.
• Identify and harness real‑time, culturally relevant trends to create engaging content.
• Deliver video and design projects within platform specifications and timing requirements.
• Support content strategy by recognizing audience themes and developing creative concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to produce digital content aligned with brand goals.
• Attend lacrosse and hockey events and content shoots to capture timely material for relevant platforms.
• Interact with a range of talent—including pro and amateur athletes, coaches, and influencers—to secure authentic content.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience creating digital content for social media and other platforms in a related industry.
• Proficiency in shooting video, editing, still photography, and post‑production (coloring, audio, graphics).
• Strong design and video skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Experience producing mobile‑first content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and web.
• In-depth knowledge of social media strategy, platform trends, and algorithms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Comfortable interviewing, filming and interacting with athletes from pro to amateur levels.
• Passion for lacrosse and hockey (preferred).
• Willingness to travel as needed.
