BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming supplier. This client is looking to hire a Senior Creative Designer to join their team based in New Jersey.
Responsibilities:
- Design high-converting marketing assets including ads, banners, landing pages, app store creatives, and email templates.
- Adapt and localize global creative concepts to suit US cultural context, gaming terminology, and market expectations.
- Collaborate with product teams on UX/UI design needs for localized features and player journeys.
- Maintain visual brand consistency across all channels, ensuring alignment with global guidelines while tailoring to the US audience.
- Manage the design production process, prioritizing timelines and ensuring all assets are delivered with high quality.
- Conduct creative QA to ensure visuals are accurate, compliant, and optimized for performance.
- Contribute to motion graphics and video content for campaigns and product marketing.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in design, ideally in iGaming, gaming, mobile apps, or digital consumer brands.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, or Sketch.
- Proven ability to design performance-driven assets that balance creativity and conversion.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, product visuals, and localized design work.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a strong plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to adapt global brand guidelines to US-specific visuals.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams across marketing, CRM, and product.
