Description About the Role: A luxury home construction company based in Houston, TX is expanding into the franchise market and seeking a creative, mid-level Graphic Designer to lead the development of all marketing and branding materials. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a growing brand from the ground up-perfect for someone with a sharp design eye, strong initiative, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:
- Design and produce print and digital marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and franchise collateral.
- Create and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms-logos, typography, color palettes, and tone.
- Design and manage visual content for the company website, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
- Develop templates and creative assets for social media, t-shirts, signage, and other branded merchandise.
- Collaborate with company leadership to translate brand goals and values into high-quality visuals that resonate with customers.
- Support new franchise launches with marketing materials tailored to each market.
- Work proactively and manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines
- 3-6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Brand Designer (agency or in-house).
- Strong proficiency in Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Proven experience creating marketing and brand assets for both print and digital channels.
- Ability to work independently and manage creative projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in or passion for home design, construction, or lifestyle branding is a plus.
