Now Hiring: UX Designer | Hybrid – Westbrook, ME

💼 Experience: 4–5+ years

🏢 Location: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite in Westbrook, Maine)

We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our team and help design intuitive, engaging interfaces for our software, hardware, and web products. This role offers the opportunity to lead interface design from concept to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Development, QA, and Usability Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype user interfaces to optimize user experience.
• Develop wireframes, flow diagrams, and design documentation.
• Collaborate across teams throughout development and testing phases.
• Participate in user research and usability testing.
• Maintain and extend design pattern libraries and standards.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles in all projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Strong visual, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Figma (experience with AI/Generative UI a plus).
• Knowledge of user-centered design processes and software development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in multiple interaction design projects.
