• Getting project, reaching out to customer for project information, site visit.
• Going back to the office to design the project.
• Get approval then build the project.
• Small trip to surrounding cities.
• Some site checking with other designers.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office
• Driver License
• Technology Savvy
• Customer Service / facing
• GIS
• Understanding of project management
• Power utility knowledge nice to have
• Electrical background
• Willing to learn

401(k) Plan: Synectics offers all employees who are 21 years of age or older the opportunity to invest in the 401(k) Plan on the first enrollment date that is at least 30 days after employment begins. Enrollment dates are each January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics will award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. The bonus will be paid 90 days after Synectics receives confirmation of successful completion of the certification.
