Must-Haves (Qualifications) Experience designing hand-tufted and loom-woven rugs Strong skills in trend forecasting, color development, and product innovation Proven ability to collaborate with customers on custom projects Experience working with overseas manufacturers on new product development Key Responsibilities Develop original handmade rug designs in collaboration with the internal design team Partner with customers and sales teams to bring custom rug projects from concept to execution Conduct in-depth research on trends in home décor, color palettes, and textile innovation Create and present design materials and visuals for client meetings and internal reviews Communicate regularly with international manufacturers to guide product development and sampling Manage timelines and approvals according to the product development calendar #J-18808-Ljbffr
